Neuro Central is based in Central Scotland and we are here for anyone living with a neurological condition, and for their families, carers and friends.

We are a charity set up in 2016 by a group of friends who all have a neurological condition.

Our mission is to ensure that people in Scotland who live with neurological conditions, their carers and families have access to high quality services and therapies, information and support in a friendly relaxed environment, so nobody has to feel alone.

We encourage diversity and welcome everyone regardless of ability, race, gender, age (although an adult must accompany those under sixteen), religion, identity, and sexual orientation.

Our charitable status is as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) registered with the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR)
Charity Number SC046630

Neuro Central Meetings

We are holding in-person meetings. However, we are concerned to keep our members safe at these meetings. Since they tend to have conditions that can make them vulnerable to viruses, we ask you to take appropriate precautions to protect both yourself and others at the meeting. In particular, if you don't feel well, please stay at home.

We hold regular meetings in Stirling, Auchterarder and Perth. Click here to find details of our regular sessions and where to find us.

You can find details of all our events in our Calendar of Events.

We recognise that not everyone will be comfortable with or able to meet up in person. We use Neuro Central Online using Zoom video conferencing to offer a variety of sessions. These include Neuro Physio exercises and a monthly Mindfulness session.

Details of these are posted on our Facebook page for members and emailed to members each week.

We’re still meeting by Zoom for now . . .

So please join us either face-to-face or by Zoom . . .
