Join us online for our Monthly Mindfulness top-up with Adrienne Hannah - leave those stresses behind you and learn how to be Mindful rather than Mind Full!

The monthly sessions are an opportunity for those who have attended a mindfulness course to keep in touch with their practice, and for new members to learn how to still their busy mind.
