The usual third-Friday meet up in Perth and the last one before the summer break.. We are at Bowerswell House. Come along and meet with others who have a neurological condition, and join in with the usual chat, therapies and podiatry, and refreshments. We will be joined by Helen Brady who is the Heartstart Discovery Co-ordinator at NHS Tayside. She will be telling us about emergency life support (ELS), a set of actions needed to keep someone alive until professional help arrives, which gives a casualty the best possible chance of survival from a cardiac arrest. These include CPR and the use of a defibrillator.
