With thanks to Perth & Kinross Community Investment Fund 2022/23, we are able to offer you an opportunity to take part in Neuro Central Growing Our Health Project at no cost to yourselves.  

The session will be held on Saturday 18 March 2023 from 11:00 – 13:00 at St Margaret's Hospital Day Centre in Auchterarder. This is open to all Neuro Central members but please note, to take part and for us to get accurate numbers, we need members to book their place and give us an idea of what you would like to do. We will start with a talk from Mike Hamilton from the Crieff Community Hospital Garden on Gardening for Health. After that we start growing our own, planting herbs, salad leaves and vegetables (we have use of the polytunnel at St Margaret’s). If you have a windowsill, balcony, or a bit of a garden this project is for you. We will provide everything you need to get started.
