The third and final extended meeting in Stirling which we are able to bring you courtesy of a grant from Arnold Clark Community Fund. We will be looking at various ways we can improve our lives while living with our conditions. We will be providing lunch so it will be necessary to register ahead of time. In the final meetings, we will be hearing from our counsellor who will introduce the benefits of talking therapy. And we will have a light-hearted afternoon to end the programme - bring your singing voices!
