The usual second-Wednesday meet up in the evening at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients. There will be therapies, chat and refreshments. And there will be an opportunity to ‘Try Seated Yoga’ with Audrey Walker. If you want to take part in this, please wear comfortable clothing
