The usual second-Wednesday meet up in the evening at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients with the usual therapies and refreshments. We will be joined by Heather Nancollis, the Social Prescriber for Auchterarder. She will show us how, with their help, you can take greater control of your own health.
