The usual second-Wednesday meet up in the evening at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients with the usual therapies and refreshments. This month we will be joined by Bianka Nagel from Mindspace They are based in Perth and, for 40 years, they have helped people work towards positive mental health. Bianka will be talking about Mental Health Peer Support.
