The usual second-Wednesday meet up in the evening at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients with the usual therapies and refreshments. We will be joined by Helen Brady who is the Heartstart Discovery Co-ordinator at NHS Tayside. She will be telling us about emergency life support (ELS), a set of actions needed to keep someone alive until professional help arrives, which gives a casualty the best possible chance of survival from a cardiac arrest.
