The usual second-Wednesday meet up in the evening at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients. For this our first meeting back after the festive break, we will be joined by Bianka Nagel from Mindspace. They are based in Perth and, for 40 years, they have helped people work towards positive mental health. Bianka will be talking about Mental Health Peer Support. There will also be the usual therapies and refreshments.
