The usual second-Wednesday meet up in the evening at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients. There will be chat, therapies and refreshments. Helen Brady from the NHS will hold a Heartstart Course for us to learn how to use the life saving piece of equipment that is the defibrillator.
